What forms can store
Student type, selected need, school, recommendations, account email, student questions, name, email, phone, message, consent, timestamp, and basic browser user agent.
Why it is collected
To save optional account recommendations, follow up with interested students, answer submitted questions, understand which tools people need, and decide what school resources to build next.
Limited accounts
Student accounts are optional and only meant to save recommendations. Future of STEM does not sell data. Admin access is restricted to approved Future of STEM maintainers.
To request a correction or deletion, email futureofstemteam@gmail.com. Do not submit sensitive academic, medical, financial, or emergency information through the forms.
